Who are we - Reading Brides are an internet based company. We understand our customers have a choice and therefore we want to give value for money. As our studio is based in our home we have no retail overheads and this is why our prices are so low.

Can I try before I buy - Yes just just call or email for an appointment. Our hours are 10am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturday. We can also offer evenings and some Sunday appointments.

Please note - We currently only stock wedding gowns and a large range of accessories. All other items are currently only available online. Prices quoted are for internet sales only. Studio prices will be higher.

How long will my order take - Dresses can take up to 3 months to arrive. However we would ask that you always allow longer in case of delays. Please email me your wedding date and any special instructions after you have placed your order. If your wedding is in less than 2 months we have a large range of dresses that you can purchase off the rail. All dresses purchased off the rail carry at least a 20% discount.

Do you accept refunds - Unfortunately we do not. Dresses are imported from abroad and therefore cannot be resold. Please ensure that you take your time and be accurate with your measurements and to be sure before you buy as all sales are final.
